If you are into Paleo diet and love coconut, then this Coconut Praline Chips is for you!
Coconut praline chips in this video are made with shredded coconut, macadamia nuts, cacao butter, raw honey, ground vanilla, pecans.
• 2 cups (170g) unsweetened shredded coconut
• ½ cup (77g) macadamia nuts
• ¼ cup (35g) cacao butter
• 2 tbs (44g) raw honey (or another sweetener of choice)
• ⅓ cup chopped pecans
• ⅛ teaspoon ground vanilla
• pinch of salt
1. Add to your food processor (or high-speed blender) the shredded coconut, macadamia nuts, cacao butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Turn on your machine and let it process until the mixture turns to liquid, scraping the sides of your processor bowl as needed. This may take about 20 minutes depending on your machine.
2. Fill mini silicone (or paper) baking cups with the mixture a ¼ of the way full, then top each one with chopped pecans.
3. Freeze for 20 to 30 minutes or until set. Store chips in an airtight container in the freezer or fridge as they melt at room temperature.

If you don’t have a powerful processor or blender, you can substitute the shredded coconut with 1 cup of store-bought coconut butter. This may make it easier and faster for you to blend the ingredients together.
All of the ingredients in this recipe are naturally sweet enough, so if you prefer, you can omit the raw honey, or substitute it for your sweetener of choice.

So let’s chat a bit…
There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
For this reason, as soon as you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It may just have you returning to the drawing board.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
I cannot overstate how important this is.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
That which one diet program allows, another, seemingly equally legit diet plan is likely to say no to. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not kid ourselves. Culinary videos are usually extremely irresistible. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense when you really think about it. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
Clearly, this is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. There’s probably a good reason for this!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
